Who We Are
(and what we do)

My Dad and I began making New Hampshire maple products when I was a boy. Now with a new larger sugarhouse, my wife and I are continuing the tradition.

It all starts with the trees.  We tap about 500 trees in the Pittsfield, NH, area ...

... to collect about 7000 gallons of sap each year.

Back in the sugar house ...

... we boil down and process the sap (it takes about 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup!) ...

... and determine its grade (by a much more scientific process than this!)

Then we fill over a dozen different kinds of containers with sweet, natural syrup ...

... to suit our customers' fancies.
